What's in the box!?
Only the best bluetooth speaker NZ! Each Icon Twist comes with: 1x Icon Twist. 1x dual micro usb charging cable. 1x user manual.
Can I use one half of the Icon Twist without the other?
Yes you can! If one part of the Twist needs charging, you can keep jamming to the other speaker, no worries! If you have issues connecting to just one, double pressing the circle button puts the speaker back into Bluetooth discovery mode to make it easy to reconnect your device (phone, computer, etc...).
Can I connect multiple Icon Twist speakers together?
Each of the Icon Twist portable bluetooth speakers are essentially 2 speakers in one! These 2 speakers connect together to provide awesome immersive stereo sound. Unfortunately you aren't able to connect more than the 2 speakers together at this point, but we're working on it for the future.
How long's the battery life?
Both halves of our portable speakers last 7+ hours (at 75% volume) which means you can keep the good times rolling all night long.
Can you keep using it while charging?
Definitely! Unlike other bluetooth speakers, if you do happen to run low on battery that doesn't mean it's goodnight, just plug it in and keep the music flowing.
Do you have to charge both halves of the Icon Twist?
Yes you do. Because they're 2 separate bluetooth speakers they both need to be juiced up, and we provide a handy dual charging cable with every speaker to do so. Just plug the dual cable into both speakers, and then the other end into a standard usb charger and you're good to go. If only one half needs charging, you only need to plug one in.
Does it come with a charging cord?
Yes! Each Icon Twist comes with a handy dual charging cable so you can charge both speakers at the same time. We don't provide a wall plug, but our cable will work with any standard USB wall plug/charger.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes! All bluetooth speakers should come with a solid warranty, and the Icon Twist is no different! Each speaker comes with a standard 1 year warranty and our customer service team are always happy to help.
